Grey Goshawk

The appearance of a Grey Goshawk caused quite a stir within the Metallic Starling colony. With each pass the raptor made near the nesting tree, dozens of starlings loudly exploded into the skies, scattering to nearby staging trees. The cunning goshawk would then perch silently within the empty nest tree, patiently waiting for the all-clear signal to be sounded. But the highly vigilant colony were not to be fooled, only returning to their nests once their predator had finally departed.
