Requirement for- Jr QC Engineer
Vacancy – 2 (Male Candidate can only apply)
Experience – 1- 2 years
Salary – 15,000 to 20,000 per month (Negotiable depend upon interview and experience)
Reporting to – Factory (Vasai)
Joining Period – Immediate Joining Preferred

Qualification Required –
1) Mechanical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Telecom/ Electrical – (Degree / Diploma)
Key Skills Required
1) Engineering degree or diploma is Preferred.
2) Work experience in machinery or equipment development and quality control is required
3) 1 to 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
4) Excellent project management skills.
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7) Strong analytical skills
Key Responsibility-
1) Their work is specialized and the exact tasks carried out vary depending on the nature of the
employing
2) Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards, and suppliers.
3) Review customer requirements and make sure they are meet as per their requirement.
4) Working with purchase staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
5) Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications
are met.
6) Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.
7) Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
8) Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Defining quality procedures in conjunction
with operating staff.
9) Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Monitoring performance by
gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
10) Making changes and improvement as required and suggest on how to implement the improvements.
11) Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the
business.
12) Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
13) Visiting vendors for quality check of equipment before dispatch
