1. Club Manager
Role Purpose:-Oversee club operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage daily operations, bookings, and staff supervision
- Handle finances, marketing, and partnerships
- Ensure facility upkeep, safety, and compliance
- Handle customer grievances and elevate guest experience
- Manage Pro-shop and coaching requirements
Skills & Qualifications:-
- 3-5 years' experience in club, gym, or sports facility management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Interest in sports preferred
2. Team Leader (Operations Supervisor)
Role Purpose:- Second-in-command, managing staff shifts, daily court readiness, and on-ground ex*****on.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Allocate daily tasks to support staff
- Ensure court maintenance and readiness
- Supervise check-ins, rentals, and refreshments counter
- Track booking schedules and report operational issues
Skills & Qualifications:-
- Prior experience in hospitality, gyms, or sports clubs
- Strong people-management skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of padel & pickleball (training provided)
3. Support Staff (4 positions)
Role Purpose:- Deliver smooth club operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Court preparation and maintenance
- Assist guests with equipment rentals and returns
- Handle refreshments counter and simple F&B service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist during tournaments and events
Skills & Qualifications:-
- Experience in service industry preferred
- Energetic, customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn basic rules of padel & pickleball
- Flexible with shifts
