OHSAS 45001 : 2018 certification, which strengthens our efforts in achieving high quality standard to meet Indian & International specification. We can offer selective products as per BIS standards. Our plant operates under the dimensional and performance st

andards (STI's) set by Bureau of Indian Standards, Indian Institute of Packaging, or as per the specific requirements of our customers itself. Vertical seam is done through “Electrical Resistance” technology. The top & bottom lids are mechanically seamed to the body shell of the barrel using “Triple / Spiral Seam” technology that guarantees best quality barrels. External Pre-treatment of barrels consists of 6 Tank Degreasing system , De-rusting and Phosphatizing. Water rinsing and passing through oven ensures the elimination of Dust, Rust, Grease, Oil etc on the surface of barrels before painting. Auto Control Painting System with 18 spraying nozzles, baking through a continuous oven and air cooling system ensures best quality of paint.
