This Air India incident highlights the importance of regular checks and compliance—something that’s just as critical in business. Imagine if companies ignored regular audits the way this broken seat was overlooked; it could lead to regulatory actions, penalties, or worse, business failure. Just like the DGCA stepped in here, tax authorities and regulators keep a close watch on financial mismanagement. Regular audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments ensure businesses don’t end up with 'broken seats' in their financial structures.
