What a solid session this turned out to be.

We wrapped up “Unlocking the Basics: Agentforce Prompt Builders & Introduction to SlackBot”, and the kind of conversations around AI prompts, Slack automation, and real Salesforce workflows made it genuinely worthwhile.

A big thank you to all our speakers for keeping things practical and grounded.

It’s been over six months since the we (Salesforce User Group, Patna) hosted our inauguration event.

Those moments; the first meet, first conversations, first connections, still define who we are today.

What started as a simple idea has slowly grown into a learning-driven community. A place where Salesforce professionals come together to share experiences, ask questions freely, and grow together, no matter where they are in their journey.

Over these months, the community has grown not just in numbers, but in spirit:

• Conversations turned into learning
• Learning turned into collaboration

We’re really celebrating everything that followed — the people, the discussions, and the shared intent to build something meaningful in Patna’s Salesforce ecosystem.

This community exists because people show up, participate, and support each other.
