Job Details:
- Role: Regional Field Sales Executive.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1 + years of experience in field sales, microfinance, NBFC, banking, or fintech
Experience in loan sales, working capital, or merchant acquisition is an added advantage
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
Salary as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities.
Identify and acquire new merchants through field visits and local market mapping.
Pitch Udaan Capital’s financial products (working capital loans, credit solutions, etc.)
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and credit requirements
Support customers through the onboarding, approval, and disbursal process
Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive repeat business
Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of documents
Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for case progress and closures
Achieve assigned acquisition, conversion, and disbursal targets
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and process guidelines.
