About the Role :
We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Collection Officer to join our team in Bihar and Jharkhand.
Responsibilities :
• Contact customers through personal visit and via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
• Identify and escalate potential collection issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including fair debt collection practices.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications :
• Intermediate/ Bachelor’s degree . Experience in collections will be preferred, customer service, or a related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and fair debt collection practices.

For Bihar :
• Rs. 17,700/Month (CTC) +30 ltrs Petrol + Upto 30000 Monthly Incentive. Lodging facility provided by bank.

• Rs. 21,695/Month (CTC) +30 ltrs Petrol + Upto 30,000/- Monthly Incentive. Lodging facility provided by Bank.
