Incubation Facilities Usage Fees

1. Exhibition Area (3 * 4 feet Chart Area and 3 * 3 feet display area) Rs. 10000 per year
2. Lab Usage Fee (equipments and space alone; consumables not included) Rs. 250 per hour
3. Green / Poly – House Usage Fee (Space and water alone) Rs. 10 per square feet per month
4. Sales Counter Usage Fee (1% of online and offline sales value of the product)
5. Technology licensing Fee (As per TBI, DABD, TNAU norms)
6. Training Fee (includes training kit, food and refreshments; accommodation not included) can be fixed by nodal officer or based on the program, duration, participant category and other requirements
7. Incubation Office Space Rs. 15 per square feet per month
