It's not a big deal...

For any CA or CS you ask, Startup India registration is not a big deal. It requires a bunch of documents, and you're good to go.

But why is it a big deal for me?

We are a 6-month-old company. It all started with me watching a movie, feeling inspired, and then sharing this idea with a bunch of ladies. Because of their support, today we have an amazing community.

Now, I won't say we are a huge, fast-growing community—no. We are a community that is warm, cozy, and mostly "digital." We know most of these ladies through their online handles. 😛

Today, getting this recognition, getting our logo trademarked, and planning projections for the next five years assure us as a team that we are moving strongly towards our goal.

And for me, putting this on my personal wall is not about advertising but about seeking motivation and support. I've always received this from you guys, which keeps me working towards my dream of empowering women entrepreneurs in the technology space.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs: A Journey of Growth and Connection

I recently had the pleasure of conducting a training session on social media and personal branding with . Here are some highlights:

We Speak: We love to talk, and many participants cleverly promoted their businesses through their questions. By the end, I discovered so many amazing startups. I’m definitely ordering from them next!

Multi-verse: Women are true multi-taskers. I met several who manage multiple businesses and have big visions for the future. Their ambition is truly inspiring.

Reluctance: One downside was our collective resistance to technology. Many admitted that if they knew more, their businesses would thrive. So let's take action and learn!

Looking Fab: Everyone looked stunning in sarees, radiating confidence and excitement. We took over 500 photos, capturing the vibrant energy of the day.

Hunger to Grow: Business is serious for us, not a hobby. Despite challenges, we are determined to grow and succeed, aiming to be the next big names in our fields.

Chicken or egg—which came first? Does it really matter for having chicken biryani?

Whenever I talk to hashtag about investing in social media or becoming a member of hashtag , the common unspoken response is: "I don't have money to invest because I want to generate sales first and then invest in generating leads."

My question to you is: does it matter? Yes, I agree that big brands have set the expectations—you invest money in paid ads, get more leads, and always keep your funnel flooded with leads, which is a good thing.

But for SMEs, we are limited in resources, so it's not possible every time to do heavy investments and get flooded with leads.

So, here are my two cents on it: It's okay NOT to invest money in PAID ads, but it's NOT okay not to invest time to generate organic leads.

You can still have chicken biryani if you invest your time as a resource and try to generate organic leads. How? Primarily by creating more and more content and posting it where your target audience is.

I have many women entrepreneurs investing more and more time on Instagram when their audience is present on LinkedIn or other platforms. Well, that is a story for another post.
