We asked what frustrates buyers most about metallising wire sourcing. The results weren't surprising — but the reason behind them might be.

Inconsistent spool tension and wire feeding issues came out on top.

Here's the uncomfortable truth: most feeding failures aren't caused by the wire itself — they're caused by winding tension inconsistency and traverse mechanism drift during manufacturing. It's a production discipline problem, not a material problem.
