Vision Creative Group , one of the leading real estate developers in PCMC area of PUNE is looking for an ADVOCATE to join its growing team.

*Role Description*

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate located in Pune. The Advocate will be responsible for working on client cases, providing legal consultation, presenting arguments in legal proceedings, and managing documentation. The role involves maintaining compliance with legal procedures, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supporting the organization with legal insights and advice.

*Qualifications & Experience*
1. A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and relevant certifications
2. Bar Council Registration certificate ( SANAD & Certificate of Practice)
3. Good drafting and typing skills in Marathi & English language.
4. Should have knowledge of real estate law, Land Revenue Records, Property documentation, Title search & due diligence. etc.
5. Knowledge of handling matters before government authorities like sub registrar office, land revenue department, Courts, police station etc.

*Other requirements:*

1. Proficiency in legal documentation, drafting legal agreements, ex*****on and registration.
2. Strong ability to research legal precedents, interpret laws, and apply logical reasoning
3. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
4. Capability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain legal compliance
5. Strong ethical standards and attention to detailing.
6. Experience in handling cases in a professional capacity is a plus.
7. 5-7 years of strong experience in handling legal matters related to civil construction.

>> Mandatory Skills:
• Programming in Embedded C & GNU toolchain
• Practical knowledge of ARM Cortex-A architecture.
