ZealoTech People is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join a growing team in Nashik, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that likes to be rewarded for their hard efforts. Someone who is flexible with an ever-changing environment and is a team-oriented individual. We have 3 openings on immediate joining that will provide a bonus.

Responsibilities:

Full lifecycle recruiting of candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance

Possess an evolving understanding of culture, pipeline, processes, protocols and service lines to the source, recruit and hire top talent

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements

Leverage recruiting resources including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and source qualified candidates

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities

Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations in order to optimize the recruiting process over time

Handle employee referrals with care and collaboration

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Healthcare

6 Months-5 year Recruiting experience

Recent experience recruiting for a variety of roles at all levels
