It was an honor to attend the recently held WCCD Meet organized by Carrier at the prestigious ITC Colombo, Sri Lanka, where I was privileged to receive an award for CCN adoption. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and collaboration we share with Carrier.

The event was a fantastic experience, as I actively participated in multiple sessions, including a panel discussion on "Future Ready Carrier India, Together". It was insightful to discuss the evolving landscape and our collective readiness to embrace the future with Carrier's vision.

This year marks 23 years of our partnership with Carrier—a journey that has witnessed its fair share of ups and downs, yet the bond has only grown stronger. Carrier’s core values have always been deeply rooted at the top, and we take pride in inheriting these values, embedding them into our organization, and ensuring they permeate down the line.

Special thanks to the entire Carrier team for their relentless support, innovation, and commitment to excellence, which continue to inspire and motivate us. Rituals And Practices

The Chhath Puja Rituals Span Four Days And Involve Strict Fasting, Holy Bathing, And Offering Prayers. On The First Day, Devotees Cleanse Themselves In Rivers Or Water Bodies. The Second Day Is Marked By A Day-long Fast, Breaking It Only After Sunset. The Third Day Includes A 36-hour Fast, With Worshippers Making Offerings Of Fruits, Sweets, And Thekua (A Traditional Sweet) To The Setting Sun. On The Final Day, Prayers And Offerings Are Made To The Rising Sun, Symbolizing New Beginnings And Blessings. Chhath Puja Fosters Unity As Families And Communities Gather To Celebrate.
