You can't keep focusing on what's wrong, broken, not working, lacking and expect the opposite to grow in your life.

Three powerful questions to ask to get closer to your goals by improving your productivity.

1. What should I STOP doing?
2. What should I START doing?
3. What should I KEEP doing?

5 inspirational quotes by Jim Rohn....
1. "Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better. Don't wish for fewer problems, wish for more skills. Don't wish for less challenges, wish for more wisdom."
2. "If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much."
3. "Success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying basic fundamentals."
4. "Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune."
5. "Don't let your learning lead to knowledge. Let your learning lead to action."

You are responsible for the circumstances of your life!

Your thinking and the decisions you made in the past created the circumstances you find yourself in now.
If you want to see who is really behind your current financial situation, your career, your health, and the successes and failures of your relationships, then you just need to stand in front of the mirror.

IT IS YOU!

You are responsible for the circumstances of your life at the moment, whether they are good or bad.
Unless you have a serious congenital condition such as schizophrenia or autism, have suffered a permanent brain injury, or are suffering from a degenerative disease, then you are not just partially responsible for your current situation - you are fully responsible for it.
If your life is an outstanding success, you are responsible for that result. If not, you are still responsible.
So blame everything on yourself - both good and bad...
Take responsibility and achieve growth.

What do you want Change or Progress?

Change and progress are two sides of the same coin, intricately linked yet often misunderstood. In today's fast-paced world, where innovation is constant and disruption is the norm, distinguishing between change and progress is crucial for individuals and organizations alike.

⏹ Change is inevitable. It's the natural evolution of things, the shifting tides of circumstance and environment. Whether spurred by technological advancements, societal shifts, or personal growth, change is omnipresent. It can be daunting, unsettling even, as it challenges the status quo and demands adaptation. Yet, change alone does not guarantee progress.

⏹ Progress, on the other hand, is the intentional movement forward. It's not merely about embracing change for the sake of change, but about harnessing it to drive meaningful advancement. Progress involves purposeful action, guided by clear objectives and a vision for the future. It's about learning from past experiences, leveraging current resources, and charting a course toward improvement.

⏹ In essence, change is the catalyst, while progress is the destination. Change may bring about uncertainty and discomfort, but it is through navigating these challenges that progress is achieved. Embracing change without a commitment to progress can lead to aimless wandering, a cycle of perpetual motion without meaningful results. Conversely, striving for progress without embracing change can result in stagnation, and a reluctance to adapt and evolve in the face of shifting landscapes.

So, how can we strike a balance between change and progress?

🔶 Firstly, we must cultivate a mindset of resilience and flexibility. Embracing change requires us to let go of fear and embrace uncertainty, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles to be avoided.

🔶 Secondly, we must be proactive in our pursuit of progress. This means setting clear goals, developing actionable plans, and continuously assessing and adapting our strategies as circumstances evolve.

🔶 Lastly, we must foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Progress thrives in environments where diverse perspectives are valued, creativity is encouraged, and collaboration is prioritized. By harnessing the collective wisdom and energy of individuals, organizations can navigate change more effectively and drive sustainable progress.

In conclusion, change and progress are not mutually exclusive but rather interconnected forces shaping our personal and professional journeys. By embracing change with a steadfast commitment to progress, we can navigate the complexities of our ever-evolving world and emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient than before.

Do you want to quit your job?

This is what many employees ask:

“I am an employee, I have income, I feed my family, but I want to do what I love. Should I quit my job or not?

In such cases I say NO!!! Don't quit.

First, sitting at your workplace as an employee, you must learn how to do business.

That is, like a larva. At first you are like a doll inside - you must first become a businessman inside a hired job.

To do this, you must look at what the owner of the company, your immediate supervisor, does. You have to understand:

▪️Where do you get clients from?
▪️Why do they pay you?
▪️What product do they pay you for?
▪️What qualities of your product do they pay for?

You should study the business of the company you work for.

Then start small, get few wins & losses. Fail fast learn fast. Get to know what works well for you. If you can make 1k do the same thing & multiply it to 10k & then 50k.
The game will change at the next level when you cross 1L. The old strategy will not work. You have to build the new one...
In this process, you without knowing be an entrepreneur & would have left your job miles long..
Best wishes for your journey.
