As a woman ,I deeply respect all my other gender peers,friends, relatives
It really saddens me when women are perceived as different.

We are all equal, and deserve respect and recognition, regardless of gender. It saddens me even more, when women think that they are incapable and should be treated specially.

This often leads to the feeling of helplessness, low self-esteem, and a lack of motivation to overcome challenges. Instead of indulging in self-pity, it's more important to focus on self-growth, and reclaim our power to create a world where everyone is valued, respected and energized to thrive

Woman empowerment is not about seeking validation or approval from others. Rather, it's about understanding our inherent worth and refusing to settle for anything less than what we deserve. Let’s be free from societal norms and stereotypes that confine us to predefined roles and expectations.

It should not be gauged by the comfort we possess, but by the contribution we make. It's about leveraging our platforms by being bold for changes, and gracefully refusing all the privileges if they are offered just because we are women.

It's all about lifting each other up, celebrating achievements, and offering unwavering support through the highs and lows of our journeys. A journey which is of evolution, growth, self-discovery, and liberation

As they say” when your life is a mess, just like a game of chess, “NO MATTER WHAT “it’s always a queen who shall protect the game with her invaluable presence & power devising her own strategy.

So, lets own our stories and rewrite the narratives that limit our true potential

PMI (Project Management institute) consistently measures effectiveness of Project Management worldwide

Current studies published by Standish group, indicates 29 % success rate, with 52 % challenged and 19 % failed for overall project management in software companies. Success factors have been “modernized” to mean on time, on budget, and with the satisfactory results against the set goals

Their “2015 Pulse of the profession study” revealed some positive trends, but also indicated the % of projects meeting their goals has remained flat at 64 % since 2012

To effect improvement PMI suggests that organizations go back to fundamentals. Basic area cited are:

· Culture

· Talent Management

· Strengthening cross functional Processes

Learning project management formally, is crucial for organizations, because it enables efficient resource utilization, mitigates risks, ensures timely delivery, maintains quality standards, fosters communication, aligns projects with strategic goals, provides a competitive advantage, encourages innovation, enhances stakeholder engagement, and most importantly promotes professional development
