Job description
We are seeking an exceptional Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for Sourcing & Recruiting process for U.S & Canada geographies. He/She will be responsible for all recruitment activities from Candidate Sourcing to Candidate On boarding.
• Detailed analysis of the Job Description (JD) to understand the requirement thoroughly.
• Responsible for screening resumes through Web Portals (preferably Dice.com , Monster.Com , CareerBuilder etc), Professional, and Social Networking sites.
• Doing thorough checks on interest towards the opportunity, fitment against various aspects like compensation, the time required to join, location, commutation, etc., and Calling up the potential candidates in US & Canada as per the requirement and need of the organization.
• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
• Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview may be internally or with a concerned team and ensuring following up.
• Co-coordinating with Recruitment on collecting required documents, validating the documents, background verification and Offer status, etc.
• Follow up with candidates from Pre-interview till their joining to ensure the on boarding.
• Preparing Daily Status reports, Weekly reports and participating in Daily recruitment review meetings and weekly review calls.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Required Candidate profile
• Willing to work in U.S Shift ( Eastern Shift) 6:30PM to 3:30AM
• 3 to 9 years of Experience in US Staffing/Recruitment
• Excellent Verbal & written Communication Skills
• Good Understanding of various tax in US, Like Corp2Corp,W2,1099 etc
• Good experience of hiring in various technology and skills
• Excellent sourcing, Screening, & Negotiating skills
• Can-do attitude
• Self-starter and self-learner focused on research and learning
