The day we all wait for - Kalpa Power Pvt. Ltd.'s 9th Annual Family Day!

It’s the day when our colleagues, families, friends and leaders come together to celebrate people, relationships and the spirit of togetherness.

The 9th Annual Family Day had it all, laughter, energy, talent, recognition, music and memories.

From the little ones enjoying the activity zone to adults joining the fun, everyone participated, cheered and enjoyed. For a few hours, age was just a number and everyone was a kid again.

Our talented colleagues brought the stage alive with dance, singing and music. The performances were met with hooting, whistles, claps and cheers, creating an incredible energy across the room.

We also celebrated our Star Performers and Rising Stars, recognizing those who went the extra mile and made a meaningful difference through their contribution and commitment.

A special welcome to our CXO leadership team, whose presence made the evening even more memorable.

And a heartfelt thank you to our site teams, those who travelled long distances to join us and those who stayed back to keep operations running smoothly. We missed those who couldn’t be there, but their contribution was very much a part of the celebration.

The Retro Photo Booth, Photo Wall and live band added even more fun, laughter and memories to the evening.

By the end, we took home photographs, recognition, laughter and memories to cherish.

What makes a training session memorable? Sometimes, it is the conversations that continue long after the presentation ends.

At Kalpa Power Private Limited, a recent session on 'Effective Communication & Executive Presence' brought our employees together for a day of learning, discussion and reflection.

Facilitated by Sujeet Shinde, Training India, the session moved beyond presentations, with interactive activities, workplace situations and practical exercises around communication and executive presence.

From making a strong first impression and communicating with clarity and confidence to active listening, asking better questions and navigating difficult conversations, the discussions focused on situations our teams encounter in their everyday work.

The session also connected these everyday workplace situations with the values that guide our work at Kalpa Power, bringing transparency, integrity and accountability into the discussion alongside critical thinking and decision-making.

Employees actively participated throughout the session, sharing their own experiences and perspectives and relating the discussions to situations they encounter in their roles.
