D) Survey – Growing Skills Gap - Over the past several years, there has been consistent discussion across industries about the growing skill gap. Many organizations face challenges in recruiting “job-ready” engineers despite multiple initiatives and interventions.
As India aspires to become the world’s third-largest economy by 2030, the demand for industry-ready engineering talent is expected to increase significantly in the coming years. Recognizing this critical need, PMA, with its strong network of industry experts in Pune, plans to develop a focused and actionable framework to address these skill gaps and support industry-specific requirements.
