Self-Coaching Framework: Good | Difficult | Different.
A simple yet transformative self-coaching framework. A powerful habit.

Each week, I pause to ask myself three coaching questions that I learnt during my certification process with . These keep me grounded, focused, and evolving:

✅ GOOD – What went well, and why?
Celebrate progress. Identify what contributed to success —was it preparation, support, or mindset or something else? Recognizing the why helps repeat the wins.

⚠️ DIFFICULT – What was challenging, and why?
Don't just list problems - dig into the root cause. What made it difficult—was it a lack of time, unclear goals, internal resistance, or external roadblocks? Honest reflection helps uncover growth areas.

🔁 DIFFERENT – What needs to be done differently, and how?
Growth happens here. What shifts are needed in your approach, behavior, or thinking? What will you do next time to move forward with more ease or impact? Translate your reflection into action.

This weekly check-in takes 10 minutes—and it’s changed the way I lead, learn, and show up. This tool can change your mindset from autopilot to intentional growth.

Great leaders don’t just talk—they listen. Today’s challenge:

Have a conversation where you focus ONLY on listening & asking follow-up questions. No sharing your own opinions, no shifting the focus—just pure, active listening.

💡 How to Play:
🗣 Find a partner and chat for 5 minutes.
🔍 Ask thoughtful follow-up questions like “What was the most surprising part for you?” instead of “That happened to me too!”
🔁 Summarize their thoughts at the end to show you truly heard them.

🔥 Bonus Challenge: Try recalling key details from the conversation later in the day. Bring it up again & make them feel truly seen.
