Paathshala Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd was conceptualized and setup in 2012 by a set of highly successful professionals from the corporate world with a simple belief, that true learning is possible only when it touches the core belief system of the individual. Most of what we do at Paathshala Learning Solutions Pvt. has originated from trying to answer this simple question. In the past 5 years, we

have come across a million different answers and in this ever changing world, we are sure to come across a million more. People learn out of curiosity, learning also occurs when there is a desire to excel and sometimes, learning is simply a need of the moment to confirm a fact. As designers of learning, this plethora of reasons poses a constant challenge and motivation to us. How do we cater to the multitude of motivations behind learning? After eye-opening experiences, multiple discussions with our stakeholders, participants, learners of all age groups and long brainstorming sessions, we arrived at a simple solution- flexible learning. The technological advancements over the past two decades have brought a huge amount of knowledge to our fingertips. At Paathshala, we focus on the application of this readily available knowledge.
