A narrative from a Client:
"We are doing good in our business as far as sales targets and deliveries are concerned. But our team is not motivated enough. The sense of ownership and drive from within is lacking. We would like to arrange for a motivational talk for them!"
Such Motivational talks have their own impacts for sure but for the transformations to take place, one such event may not change the lives of people overnight. There needs to be a series of consistent efforts for a specific period & post this period, the hand-holding is necessary.
