We have been receiving a question from a number of people and that question is “What is Hotscrap and what are we upto?” and we would like to answer that definitely.

Hotscrap is a service oriented company based on a solution to a very common problem.

What is that problem and how are we going to solve it?

In day to day life, we use a lot of products like newspaper, diary, cold drink bottles, kitchen blades, various gadgets etc. to fulfill our daily needs. Everything has got its life span. A time comes when those things are of no use and we want to get rid of those. Now the problem is to find the guy to whom we can sell all those scraps or we need “a Kabadiwala”. Either we have to wait for the Kabadiwalas or find them and carry scraps to them , and it is an issue for almost everybody. We provide a solution to that issue.

Please register on our website www.hotscrap.com to place your request. We will process your request and send collection agents who will pay you for the weight of the respective scraps collected .

To provide our service smoothly we would like to request a window of 3 days between the date of placement of your order and pick-up date and therefore our suggestion would be, to place the request 3 days prior to your convenient pick-up date.

We are trying to organize, the way scraps are treated and work towards “A Clean India”. We have launched this initiative in Kolkata and in future we hope to generate energy by recycling waste or scraps collected from you thus solving major energy crisis.
