Roast aniseed+cumin+flaxseed and grind it coarsely into powdered mixture. In a glass of boiling water add a spoonful of this powder along with two drops of lemon juice and honey and a pinch of cinnamon powder and consume daily.

Honey is optional based on personal preferences.

I have lately come across people who are so obsessed with loosing weight and dieting that I really feel sorry for them. Starving your body of food to get a leaner boy is infact the most abusive treatment you can give yourself.

Understanding the science behind eating what you should eat and how you should eat is of prime importance.

On fats...there are good fats and bad fats. Consumption of good fats is essential not just to keep your organs healthy but also to ensure that the food you eat is being digested in the right manner.

There are two types of vitamins our bodies need, namely fat soluble and water soluble. If your diet lacks good quality fat, the vitamins are not well absorbed in the body due to the lack of right microflora.
