The theme for the Chennai CoE workshop at EagleBurgmann couldn’t have been more fitting—not just for the 100-member client team but also for our 5-member Element78 crew. Having partnered with this client for over three years, the challenge is always: What’s new?

This time, we expanded our facilitation team, bringing in alongside the regular Manik Damle and Rahul Chaudhari With Shweta Ajit and Tawade ensuring seamless planning and ex*****on, and a dynamic group of client-side volunteers driving small-team activities, the workshop ran smoothly.

The real impact of large-group team-building programs lies not just in activities but in how they are connected to emerging themes and facilitated for deeper reflection. Pre-workshop discussions with the global CIO and India Centre Head were key in ensuring this alignment. The depth of engagement during the debrief sessions and the feedback received reaffirmed that we continue to add real value.

Henry Ford once said, “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.” ITW Global Automotive embodies this principle through its distinctive business model and commitment to excellence. Furthering this spirit and to enhance operational efficiencies, Element78 was entrusted with implementing Project Management principles for a diverse group of employees.

The key objectives outlined for this initiative included fostering a comprehensive understanding of organizational goals among employees, improving collaboration across cross-functional teams, strengthening influencing skills, and instilling a strong sense of ownership in alignment with an entrepreneurial culture.

To achieve these goals, the program integrated thoughtfully designed kinesthetic activities with fundamental Project Management principles. With the project goal as the focal point, participants identified and worked on four projects relevant to their respective domains. These projects served as practical case studies to explore the five phases of Project Management in depth. Additionally, a core aspect of the program focused on stakeholder management, ensuring alignment of diverse priorities towards a shared objective.

Element78 collaborated closely with Rahul Chaudhari and Pandit to deliver the essence of effective Project Management. Shweta Ajit and Maykal Tawde provided invaluable support through pre-work insights and meticulous preparation, contributing significantly to the program’s success.

The two-year LEAP + Next LEAP journey has been both fulfilling and humbling for us as intervention designers at Element78, and equally gratifying for the facilitators, Manik Damle and Rahul Chaudhari . The old adage, "When the participant is ready, the facilitator arrives," truly encapsulates the essence of this experience. Throughout this long and challenging leadership learning path, the participants remained deeply engaged and committed, despite the demands of their day-to-day responsibilities.
The recently concluded workshop, which focused on the power of dialogue—an essential skill for managers and leaders—was a key highlight. We explored various constructs, frameworks, and practices around difficult conversations, as well as strategies to foster engagement through dialogue.
An integral part of the Next LEAP journey has been the active involvement of the participants' managers. These leaders have played multiple roles: as project mentors, as regular reviewers of the IDPs, as peers in certain workshops, and as genuine well-wishers offering support throughout. Element78 Talent Consulting LLP is deeply appreciative of this partnership, as their commitment was essential in ensuring the success of the program.
Behind the scenes, many team members at Element78 contributed significantly to the smooth ex*****on of the intervention. worked tirelessly to document & analyze diagnostic inputs, while Priti Saikade ensured that workbooks, slide decks, and participant data were meticulously captured. Shweta took over the baton in the Next LEAP initiative, ensuring that facilitators had all necessary participant data for effective preparation. Rahul Paturkar meticulously planned the experiential learning phase, ensuring it was filled with safety, energy, and valuable insights. Maykal worked diligently in the background to arrange materials and kits for the various workshops. Finally, the with Manik and Rahul as co-facilitators was a constant source of energy & commitment, as they often went beyond the brief to ensure participants’ development paths were fully supported.
Typically, in 2-year-long interventions like LEAP & Next LEAP, participant engagement tends to dip over time. However, this was notably absent in our case. While we’d love to attribute this to our meticulous planning, flawless ex*****on, cohesive teamwork, & the thoughtful methodologies we employed, the true credit belongs to the participants themselves. Their unwavering learning attitude & growth mindset were the driving forces behind the success. Their ability to apply new knowledge, collaborate as a cohesive cross-functional team, & demonstrate real-world impact has been consistently observed by their managers & the broader management team. This is a testament to the remarkable evolution of the cohort.
As they continue to grow & flourish in their careers, we are excited to witness & support their continued development.

As part of our 6-months ongoing engagement with a leading industrial adhesives major for a managerial development intervention titled B.I.L.D, our facilitator recently visited the client factory in Gujarat for the 2nd phase of the journey. The journey is designed to ensure participant’s pursuit for development and the client’s need for ensuring engagement and sustained learning. This phase, focused on Managing Teams, not only had a content-driven workshop, but also covered an initial review of their ongoing application projects. It is encouraging to witness the way the team is actively gathering the knowledge and putting the classroom learning to practice.

Any such intervention can be led well not just with the teaming between the client and the learning partner, but also with the active team-work that is demonstrated within Element78 Talent Consulting LLP. The facilitator Shreekar Purandare has been aptly supported by the client coordinator Shweta Ajit in ensuring the participant interaction in the interim period, to create a seamless interface. In fact, one of the elements that we track in terms of feedback is the way the participants experience teamwork within Element78 Talent Consulting LLP Isn’t it crucial that unless we demonstrate great level of team cohesion, it would be unfair to expect our client teams to go that way, through our interventions?

Our recent team effectiveness program, Beam as A Team, with Intexso Biochem Pvt. Ltd. was more than just a training session, it was a catalyst for transformation! Our associate Vivek Parchure Parchure facilitated this journey tactfully towards transformation by ensuring that the team of HoDs and Regional Managers were engaged and thereafter in a reflective mindset. The program fostered a dynamic and engaging environment built around the core concepts of result orientation, growth mindset, and customer focus.

The energy and enthusiasm were palpable from the beginning and the participants were open to new learnings! The program fostered a culture of collaboration, where everyone felt empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. “Stories constitute the single most powerful weapon in a leader’s arsenal”, and with that thought in the backdrop, the team of Element78 delved into the power of business storytelling, through our open program, Biztories, on the 20th and 21st of September, 2024 in Pune. This immersive experience was not only about gaining insights into crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences but also about turning a data-heavy presentation into an inspiring story. Our enthusiastic participants were from Pune and Mumbai and traveled to the Element78 office for the program. Manik Damle , who designed and developed the content for the program, was also the facilitator of this program along with Rahul Chaudhari and was supported by the rest of their team comprising Shweta Ajit , Maykal Tawde, and Ira Tokekar. By learning various proven structures and flows for business storytelling, we all embarked on a journey of creating and collecting a plethora of inspiring stories. The camaraderie among the participants fostered a supportive and collaborative learning environment, enhancing the program's overall value. But our story does not end here! We are ready to spin another set of narratives that captivate your audience and weave them into your successful business narratives! When a leading industrial adhesives major approached us for a leadership intervention for its future leaders, we at Element78 Talent Consulting LLP started exploring a learning journey design that would be the glue for the participants' quest for development and the client's need for ensuring engagement and learning sticks. What emerged is "Bostik Initiative for Leadership Development (B.I.L.D.)" as a 6-month program with a diagnostic phase, 3-phased workshop and application projects with group coaching. The first phase kicked-off recently and it is heartening to witness the way the cohort is actively lending themselves to the learning and application process. Our facilitators Shreekar Purandare and Rahul Chaudhari Chaudhari worked closely with the participants, supported ably by coordination from Shweta Ajit. Team Element78, through the years, has had an eclectic mix of experiences in terms of sectors, functions, geographies and cultures.

Through July and August, our facilitators Shreekar and Rashmi were deeply involved with Gresham Global, a global consulting and launchpad service provider to higher education institutions looking to establish their presence in the developing markets. As in-country representatives and strategic partners of leading Universities, Gresham has a very unique organisation and it's constituents are young smart professionals from myriad fields. Our team worked with them on a variety of developmental areas to include managing self, presentation and communication skills and stakeholder management. This was done through a series of workshops at their office as well as at a scenic locale in Lonavala. Our team gained great insights as much as the participants would have.

Anaya was in a contemplative state as she looked at her calendar. Having recently taken over as Head of Marketing, she had a number of engagements with internal and external stakeholders as part of a new product launch roadmap. While a part of her talk, presentation or conversation had key elements of the product and its unique benefits, she was wondering how she could make her interactions engaging as well as crisp, while not necessarily enumerating all the technical details.

That’s when she dug into the process of the new product development and realized that the journey was replete with incidents of trials and tribulations, of collaboration and innovation as well as of successes and joys. She harvested some of these and worked with her coach to curate appropriate stories for different audiences, practiced the narration as well as bridged it to the right context and intent.

Like Anaya, you too could use business storytelling to present and converse with your audience effectively.
