Position : Marketing Communications Executive
Location : Pune
Work Exp : 2-5 Years
Job Description :
* Should understand communications requirements of departments within the company and execute the requirement with help of in-house design team
* Should be able to understand business requirements, market dynamics and devise suitable strategies to effectively communicate to customers and stakeholders.
* Positioning the renowned brands effectively and efficiently.
* Preparing a communication plans, undertake implementation and evaluation
* End to End Marketing Communications & Budget Control
* Suggest and execute appropriate ATL & BTL to the businesses
* Managing external vendors and agencies
* Working with multi-functional teams including peers in HR and safety on specific communication campaigns covering internal stakeholders and contractors
* Experience of copy-writing and creative.
Key Result Areas:
* Formulation of Marketing Communications Plan and Media Plan
* Execute the aforementioned plans in time and while maintaining the quality.
* Compliance to brand guidelines of the company
* Analyse the image of the businesses as needed and initiate strategic marketing communication measures for correcting the same using Marcom tools
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG- MBA/PGDM - Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing, International Business)
* Candidate should have minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing communication, Branding, ATL, BTL Activities etc.
* Should have good exposure of internal and external communication, corporate communication..
* Should have done ATL, BTL activities and able to manage vendors and agencies.
* Should be excellent in writing and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
