We use experiential method which includes role plays, brainstorming, group discussions, group presentations, case studies as well as games and activities considering all the parameters like hierarchy of the specific cohort of learners, industry experience and their development stage. 🤯📃📉👥🗣️👥

Post-pandemic world looks way different in many ways.

As much it has changed the way we make payments and the amount of time we spend in traveling for multiple reasons, it hasn't left 'how we learn at work?' unchanged either.

From delivering sessions entirely virtually to blending them with classroom mode, corporate learning has gone through many trials and frankly it's still evolving.

Many have created inhouse self-paced video based learning courses like LinkedIn Learning while others have simply created a library of recorded online sessions for those who missed them.

Some have incorporated a full-fledged LMS however are grappling with achieving the desired effectiveness and ROI of such high-end products.
