When someone says.... "oh I know !" ... they are essentially saying they know 0.1% of what is there to know in this universe...and maybe 1% of what we know we don't know ...

99% is still in the realm of "we don't even know we don't know!" ( deep eh...)
So whats this EGO of claiming to know everything...rejecting anything that doesn't fit in the realm of what we know or believe...

EGO is Emotions Gone Overboard... look..reflect...your anger...tantrums...accusations... drama...excuses....are a cry ....asking you something....to look within...look at self....do that..don't blame the world... DROP THAT EGO ... I know it's hard... do it anyway ...

It's interesting how this week I conducted 2 workshops around management and challenge ...
Both insurance giants... a client and a friend suggested I write about my experience handling the 2007 - 2009 period in my job... huge change management ...
I am happy my experience was relevant ...personally it wasn't the best time...it was tough... but we all sailed thru...in fact I flourished ... sometimes strangely our worst experience is our best lesson!!
