Account Manager Hotel Coordinator

JD,
As a Coordinator you are responsible for building hotel partner websites, training and coaching hotel partners as well as offering commercial hotel support per telephone and e-mail.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day communication with hotels via telephone and e-mail
Providing commercial advice to hotel partners in case of requests or issues
Responsible for the coordination and production of new hotel websites
Responsible for the delivery of correct hotel information of newly registered hotels
Training of new hotels using our extranet, rates & availability system
Entering and amending rates, availability, and promotions in our system for hotel partners
Assisting with acquisition of possible new hotels
Preparation of commercial mailings
Contacting hotel partners for additional availabilities
Follow-up of mailings, information to hotel partners by telephone
Follow-up of IT/administrative related tasks
Checking the competition in the local country
Analyzing and improving pricing structures for hotel partners
Supporting of Bakuun.com London office all day in all activities
Support Account Managers in fixing price discrepancies
Helping out with various tasks around the office according to business needs

Required Skills:
Understanding of and passion for e-commerce and the hotel industry
Proactive, sense of responsibility, independent, customer-friendly and service-oriented
Good communication and commercial selling skills
Team player, motivated and with an eye for details
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle high-pressure situations
Flexible enough to work in a high-paced, constantly changing environment
Fluent in English read written and spoken
Superior computer skills
Hotel School or University background preferred.
