140+ bright IIMS students and a deep dive into the soft skills no one should treat as “soft.”

This past week, we unpacked the art and science of:
✅ Voice modulation that holds attention
✅ Body language that builds trust
✅ Assertiveness that doesn’t need to shout
✅ Dressing like you mean business

Here’s the truth: great ideas don’t speak for themselves, people do.
And how you show up (verbally, visually, vocally) is what determines whether your ideas land or get lost. These are critical lifelong skills that can be applied with anyone, at any place and at any time.

Startups, scaleups, and seriously good conversations.

Loved being part of the panel discussion at the ’s Startup Mixer. The room was buzzing with ideas, intent, and Pune's unstoppable entrepreneurial energy. I was especially glad to see so many women stepping up with fabulous ideas!

Some key takeaways:

- The best founders don't take it all on by themselves.

- Clarity beats charisma when it comes to pitching.

- Product/service and funding must stand on the foundation of strong leadership and company culture.
