For Family Day 2026, our Gallagher Center of Excellence offices in Gurugram and Kolhapur opened their doors to the families who make our people's story special.

What followed was a memorable event that brought fresh faces into familiar spaces and offered families a chance to experience the workplace, the people and our culture that defines Gallagher.

From lively activities and spontaneous laughter to candid conversations, the day offered a meaningful glimpse into the vibrant community behind our work.

It was a wonderful reminder that the Gallagher story extends beyond the workplace and is shaped not just by the work we do but by the people who support and cheer us along the way!

This idea was at the heart of our recent Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) Women’s Network Forum session, “Overcoming Networking Challenges,” facilitated by Dr. Falguni Vasavada-Oza, Marketing Expert and Professor at MICA.

As part of our continued commitment to employee well-being, we recently hosted an interactive health benefits awareness session at the Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) in Colombia.
