From creative ensembles to lively photo-ops and a friendly Best Dressed competition, the occasion celebrated the unique individuality every colleague brings as we work together towards our shared goals.

Appreciation is at the heart of how we bring our thriving culture at Gallagher to life. For three years, our myRecognition platform has empowered colleagues across teams with an opportunity to celebrate one another, highlight excellence, and acknowledge the everyday contributions that reflect our shared values.

To mark this milestone, our colleagues at the Gallagher Center of Excellence in Las Vegas recently came together for a special event, complete with limited-edition giveaways and myRecognition Commitment Cards. More than a celebration, it was a moment to reflect on the ripple effect that recognition can create, strengthening connections, inspiring others, and reinforcing gratitude as an integral part of our collaboration.

The moments we cherish most often become even more meaningful when they are shared with those closest to us. At GCoE, Family Day 2026 brought that spirit to life, opening our doors and offering a glimpse into the world our colleagues know each day.

Our Bangalore colleagues welcomed their loved ones into the workplace for a day filled with fun games, activities, and shared experiences. Families discovered a different side of their loved ones’ everyday lives, while colleagues created new memories together beyond the usual rhythm of the workday.

Growth isn't always measured by new locations or bigger footprints. Sometimes, it's about improving the spaces that already play an important role in who we are. That's what makes the revamp of our office at the Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) in Kolhapur so much more meaningful.

For years, this office has been home to talented teams whose work has helped move GCoE forward. This refresh is about giving those teams a space that matches the energy and expertise they bring every day.

Bringing energy, camaraderie, and rich Filipino tradition to the workplace, our colleagues at the Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) in Manila recently gathered for Gallagher Palarong Bayanihan 2026. A dynamic sports fest bringing everyone together in the vibrant spirit of Larong Pinoy.

Inspired by classic Filipino games, the festival blended movement, strategy, and friendly competition, embodying bayanihan through trust, agility, and shared goals. Through every challenge, participants showcased resilience and collaboration, living The Gallagher Way in action.
