Role: Associate for Contact Centre Support
Skills Required:
• General Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, rapport-building, active listening, empathy, and effective questioning to understand customer needs. Strong English (or Accordingly to Language proficiency) proficiency for multi-channel engagement (chat, email, phone).
• Transactional Skills: Independent management of end-to-end customer transactions using multiple tools, ability to enforce business rules from Cisco's Knowledge Management System, and offer alternative solutions.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-evolving business environment. Attention to detail, particularly when handling complex transactions.
• Motivation and Leadership: Self-driven, resilient, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., V-lookup, Pivot tables) and familiarity with case management and CRM systems.
Experience Required:
• 2 years of voice process experience in Tech support is required with both B2B & B2C.
Position Breakdown
• 26 Positions – English (Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM IST)
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Priority) / Bellandur, Bangalore (No Remote)
• 4 Positions – Additional language support (Japanese/Mandarin/Korean)
Location: Kharadi, Pune / Bellandur, Bangalore
Shift Timings:
• EMEA: 1 PM to 9 PM IST
• AMER: 3 PM to 12 AM IST or 5 PM to 2 AM IST
Additional Information:
• Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Notice Period: Immediate to 10 days
• Salary Range:
o 2-4 years: Up to ₹4 LPA
o 4-6 years: Up to ₹7 LPA
