He even worked as a distributor for 3M X-Ray films and hospital supplies. Gem of knowledge Ashay Shah has also done a lot of trading in cement & construction material. He was the distributor for Ambuja cement for Pune district area. Major cement companies dealer. Was an integral part of transport and logistics and had a fleet of trucks catering primary and secondary transport for Coca Cola, Vasavadatta Cement, Vikram Ispat & Ambuja Cement. His organization catered logistics solutions to Coca Cola and Fuji. But In the year 2005, he gave up a multi crore businesses & joined an organization named 'ALMA MATER' to make difference in people life. He has worked with alma mater for seven years. He has been the topper in all he was involved. In the year 2013, with the grace of his guru Mahatria he started his own training and consultancy FURUTE (named by his guru). 'FURUTE' king makers… lightens your future by correcting the flow. Presently he is training different organizations of different magnitude on yearly basis from top to bottom and also conducting batches for holistic development for entrepreneurs in Pune. All the organization, he is training has already shifted from small units to bigger ones. He has already trained more than 100 entrepreneurs and made their temporary success into permanent one. All fathers are the same.They nurture,teaches,dresses, fights, shouts, kisses and loves unconditionally.

A father is the most simple and humble a human being can.

Father is always been portrait as the most strong and emotionally practical person of the family.

Fathers are wonderful people who are too little understood.

This is for the reason that they don't explain themselves and that they are raised that ways.

A boy is always taught to hide his emotions irrespective of the intensity of his pain, just because he is a boy, and has to be strong. That stays with the boy in his journey of becoming a man.

Men are not good at sharing their heart out and fathers are even worse.

They leave their tears, sweat and pain outside the door of the home only to see smile on the face of their family.

Behind that head strong face is a little child.

Behind those tough grey hairs and wrinkles lies all the sacrifices he has made.

Behind those puffy eyes are the sleepless nights.

If you look inside a father's heart where no one else can see, you will find he is as sentimental and as soft as he can be.

A person who happily sacrifices all his comfort for that of his children.

A good father is one of the most unsung, un-praised, unnoticed and yet one of the most valuable asset of a family.

If a mother is the epitome of love, a father is the epitome of sacrifice.

Who can be a better mentor than a father.?

What we become depends on what our fathers teach us at odd moments, when they are not trying to teach us, the life lessons.

Some keep on complaining about the market, cost, employees and more to be the reason for not able to be successful...

On other hand I see some passionate people having to do somuch in life but their Passion is not their priority...
So keep on complaining what to do???

And to my surprise a few people with a lot of Dedication and Devotion towards their Passion make it very big in life...
They are unstoppable...
They are hard working, creative, proactive, decisive decision makers...
