So, it was yesterday & we didn't role out a campaign because we were not sure what to do & how to actually do it & here is what we did:

This was actually a what's app group post for our people to know that we have an in-house Psychiatrist, Psychologist & a Life Coach starting today & their problems can be solved while remaining anonymous. We have identified an inhouse resource who will facilitate this while keeping as much discretion as possible.

There is no focus on Brand colors, our logo or any marketing ideology & the only reason for sharing it here, was to bring the awareness and convey our principles to our potential new hires. As a start-up, its a big decision for us but we are ok as long as our people are ok.
