On 𝟐𝟏 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, we celebrated the valedictory ceremony of 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐈𝐆 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 at the 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐈𝐈𝐒 - 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐮𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 at our Fronius India Headquarters, Pune.

Launched through the collaboration between 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 (𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐈𝐈𝐒) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐮𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚, the program aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements by equipping young talent with practical, job-ready welding skills.

Over the 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟖 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬, 𝟐𝟏 𝐈𝐓𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐫𝐚 completed intensive 𝐌𝐈𝐆 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐈𝐆 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 through a learning model comprising 𝟕𝟎% 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟑𝟎% 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 70% practical training and 30% theoretical, equipping them with industry-relevant technical skills and workplace readiness.

The ceremony featured a reflection on the Batch 1 journey, an open forum where trainees shared their experiences, and insightful addresses from industry and academic leaders on the importance of skilling and employability in manufacturing.

A key highlight of the event was the award of 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and the presentation of 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, marking an important milestone for the trainees as they prepare to begin their professional journeys.
