๐ Sharing My Experience: Embracing Strength and Creating a Supportive World ๐
Happy and Rich Morning everyone
Today, I want to open up and share a another part of my journey that has shaped who I am - my life as a person with a disability.I never see disability as a disability, but I have accepted that I am physically challenged due to my magical accident. It's not always easy, but I believe that sharing our experiences can lead to greater understanding and compassion.
Living with a disability has taught me commitment, resilience, courage, and the ability to find beauty in the little things.
It has also brought its share of challenges, both external and internal.
Unfortunately, some people have used my disability to create emotional, social, and even financial suffering.
Let's change our mindset and treat everyone, including those with disabilities, with kindness and respect.
Don't take advantage of your disability or cover it up. Instead, be true to yourself and embrace who you are. .
Disabilities don't define us; our Sankalpa and potential do.
To those who have suggested that my disability is a result of "bad karma," I must assert that such beliefs are unfair and hurtful. Accidents happen for various reasons, and attributing blame based on karma only perpetuates ignorance and insensitivity.
Before the accident, I was a very aggressive and short-tempered person. I feel that my accident saved me from becoming a criminal and channeled my aggressiveness into high-performance energy.
Breakdowns are God's blessings to change our mindset and lead us on a transformative journey.
Throughout my journey, I have faced the weight of cultural and societal mindsets that sometimes fall short in providing fair opportunities for people with disabilities. But I remain hopeful that, together, we can work towards creating a more inclusive world where everyone's potential is valued and celebrated...
It's essential not to be aggressive, but assertive in advocating for your rights and opportunities.
Let's be practical and work on self-improvement - add Omega 3 and nutrition-rich foods like roots, sprouts, fruits, and nuts to your diet. Practice pranayama and deep breathing for inner peace. Spend time in nature, it's incredibly refreshing!
Also, focus on self-improvement - upgrade your skills, pursue your hobbies, and discover new passions.
Engage with people and build a support system around you.
By sharing my experiences, I hope to break down misconceptions and build bridges of understanding. To my fellow individuals with disabilities, remember that we are more than our disabilities - our dreams, passions, and accomplishments matter, too!
Together, let's encourage inclusivity and create a supportive world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Wishing you all the best on your journey!
