We are a User Experience Research company that helps organizations create products which are intuitive, accessible and fun. We conduct studies to understand human behavior, people’s interaction with products and study their context, by using various research methods. Our clients include local and global brands like AJIO, Swiggy, MakeMyTrip, Wikipedia, Veritas, Symantec, Standard Chartered, Forbes Marshall, InMobi as well as startups across domains, and more.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience with conducting end-to-end UX research (interviews, UTs, focus groups)
Previous experience working on tech products
Should be able to plan studies, write research script and conduct sessions based on chosen methodology
Experience working in a services company is a bonus
Communication skills
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
Should be able to write and present actionable reports to stakeholders
Strong ability to communicate well on paper and verbally
Background in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Anthropology preferred
Project management skills
Desire to learn and understand the nuances of user research in a boutique firm.
Responsibilities
Conduct research studies:
Conduct various types of research studies from start to finish including planning, drafting research script, conducting sessions, analyzing data, writing and presenting reports
Creating actionable reports and presenting those reports to the client
Use insights from the research to create deliverables that enable deeper understanding of the user – personas, journey maps, ecosystem maps, opportunity maps, etc.
Measure and communicate impact of research
Work with the client team to implement research findings
Write up the impact of your research through blogs and case studies
Contribute in planning and ex*****on of workshops
Contribute to our marketing efforts by taking an active role in helping us boost our online presence
Be a user advocate
