Designation: CEO(Chief Executive Officer)
Location: Kolhapur
Salary: 2400000 to 6000000 P.A.
Experience: 20-30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To Guide and assist the management committee in the development of the company’s short and long term objectives , as laid down in the Annual and 5 year Business plan. To make strategic recommendations that will enable the company to realize its non course potential as well as securing a sound membership base.
2. To maintain positive and productive relationships between the company and its Committees, Guests, Employees, Community, Government and Industry.
3. To advice on, co-ordinate and administer the company’s policies as agreed by the Management Committee .
4. To develop operating policies and procedures and delegate goals to Department Managers.
5. To advice on implement and monitor the company’s budget as agreed by the Management committee. As required propose remedial action to ensure budget attainment .
6. To monitor and raise the quality of the company’s products and services and ensure maximum value of services to members and/or patrons.
7. To ensure compliance with all relevant legal and statutory obligations.
8. To represent the company externally within the industry as agreed by the Management Committee.
9. To promote the company and its values.
Other Management Tasks:
1. Maintain good communication with staff and members.
2. Prepare for and attend all management committee meetings.
3. Prepare necessary C.E.O reports and ensure the management committee minutes are prepared and circulated within one week of the meeting and approved minutes from the last meeting are on the website the next day.
4. Organize with appropriate notices the company’s AGM and any EGM again ensuring circulation of agendas and papers in accordance with company policies and recording of minutes.
5. Ensure that the Company’s Health and Safety Policy is maintained and implemented .
6. Additionally , ensure that documentation and records are kept in accordance with the current legislation.
7. Maintain good relationships with the company’s sponsors, neighbors , local organizations and local community leaders.
8. Keep the company’s insurance cover under review , ensuring that assets and potential liabilities are properly protected.
9. Ensure that the Company’s information systems are kept up to date and adequately supported.
10. Ensure that the company complies with Privacy and Data protection requirements.
11. Ensure that the company has in place and adheres to adequate child protection procedure.
12. Ensure that the Company’s HR Systems meet current requirements and are complied with.
13. Manage staff discipline and grievance procedures and advice on members conflict , discipline and grievance Procedures.
14. Recruit ,induct ,review ,train ,monitor and manage staff including the production of staffing and succession plans for all aspects of the company’s operations .
15. Pro- actively manage and maintain an environment that respects the diversity of staff , company members and members of the public , ensuring sound relationships are maintained and that proper consideration is given to customer and/or member suggestions and complaints.

Supervision:
The post holder will be expected to exercise initiative and responsibilities commensurate with the duties of the post.
The post holder will maintain effective daily communications and directions with key staff and committee members.
