RESPONSIBILITY

 Overall planning of project, prepare bar charts, schedules of the project, building wise schedules of quantities and material
 Study tender documents, list out extra item and work out the rate analysis for same.
 Worked-out requirements of necessary machinery, measuring & monitoring instruments with the Partners.
 Get the Site / Labour Insurance from HRD.
 To get approval from consultant for layout plan of the facilities.
 Full responsibility of smooth working of the project.
 Maintain speed of the project without deviating from Tender Specification and without compromising the quality of work at any stage.
 Before ordering material on site sample approval from client
 Order material / submit MRN to HO well in advance.
 Finishing items to be finalized before the end of second month keeping in mind the approval time & delivery period.
 Daily / weekly review of project.
 Keep overall watch on working of all the technical / non technical staff and extracting maximum output from team
 Daily site meeting with staff to sort out their problems & hindrances for the work.
 Motivate staff & subcontractor to complete the activities as per planned schedule by keeping eco friendly atmosphere on site.
 To have co-ordination between all the agencies involved and to get continuous progress of the work.
 Necessary co ordination with Architectural Agency, Structural Consultants and other appointed Consultants to complete the scheduled work in time and quality.
 Attend all visiting clients by giving them necessary project information.
 Check and submit R. A. Bills to client and maintain smooth cash flow for project. Submit labor bills prepared by Senior Engineers / Q.S. to head office for further procedure.
 Submit all daily / weekly reports of site to head office and report the progress of the work to director.
 Attend site meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and distribute copies to concerned parties with copy to H.O.
 Carry out Design Mix for concrete well in advance along with testing of other material as required.
 Handed over completed site to client after approval from QA.
 Giving Virtual completion letter to Architect & obtaining Completion Certificate from the Client.
 Assessment for Performance of subcontractor for schedule & Quality along with their Final Bill.
 Receiving & Attending Client complaints.
 Inform management about new ideas / development / economy and suggest methods of practical implementation of such ideas.
 Submission of reports to Partners
 Responsible for Statutory Compliance.
