We have seen that intelligent and studious person are failing to acquire job in their dream company. Maximum people have been sitting in 6-7 companies or more in a row, then they have placed. Our vision is that if someone is sitting for a company, he must be selected without committing mistakes in interview. In fact a deserving person should not be rejected only because of mistakes in interview. I
have been quite observant on the people who have been placed. One of my friend who is placed in a good technical company but he was nothing in technical knowledge. There were his classmates who knew a lot more than him, but he was selected rather than those person. He manipulated his interview according to him. He made interviewer to ask those things he wanted to answer. On the other hand, a guy with good technical skills, skipped mass recruiter companies but when he sat in good companies, he was rejected. He was in top 7 students of his class. Now 80% students of his class are placed but he is still unemployed. His problem is only that he failed to express his knowledge in interview. If he would have figured out his problem earlier, he would had been placed in his dream company. Like him, many of us are not selected due to very small mistakes. We also will be revealing hiring policies of companies. We will also provide company specific interview. The interview will provide a fair judgment that they are going to be hired or not and in which areas they need to improve.
