AMENDMENT
In the said Rules, for Rule 61A, the following shall be substituted, namely
“61-A Safety Officer

(1) QUALIFICATIONS:
Shall Possess a full time degree or diploma or certificate in INDUSTRIAL SAFETY or equivalent of duration not less than one year awarded by any university incorporated under the Central or State Acts or Department of Technical Education or Board of Technical Education of any state Government in India duly following the guidelines as specified
