Job Title:Sales Executive (Female)
Reports to: Store Manager
Location: Surat and Jamnagar
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and trends.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and provide support.
7. Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
8. Identify and report any customer complaints, concerns, or suggestions to the Store Manager.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers.
4. Basic math skills, accuracy with cash handling, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
5. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Salary Range
Fresher - 15K - 18K
Experience - 20K - 23K
Timing:
10am to 9 pm (1 hour break)
Every week 1 week off (Monday to Thursday)
