What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings? When dealing with negative feelings, I find it helpful to acknowledge them without judgment, practice mindfulness or meditation to stay present, engage in activities that bring me joy or relaxation, talk to a trusted friend or therapist, and focus on self-care practices like exercise, healthy eating, and getting enough rest. It's also important to remember that it's okay to ask for help when needed.
