Though Padma Shri Deepika Kumari, Indian Olympian Archer, was unable to attend the Jharkhand CSR Conclave 2025 due to her busy schedule, we were honoured to welcome her today at our office, where the award was formally presented to her.

Jharkhand CSR Conclave Chairman Dr. Pankaj Soni presented the prestigious
🏅 “Dharti Aba Bhagwan Birsa Munda Change Maker Award 2025 for Excellence in the Sector of Sports”
in recognition of her exceptional contribution and inspiring journey that continues to motivate millions across the nation.

“सीएसआर में व्यापक सोच लानी होगी!”

यह बात Mr. Sanjay Singh, Chief, UNICEF Maharashtra Office, ने Jharkhand CSR Conclave में अपने संबोधन के दौरान कही।

उन्होंने कहा कि वास्तविक परिवर्तन तभी संभव है जब CSR पहलकदमियाँ केवल संसाधनों तक सीमित न रहें, बल्कि जमीनी स्तर पर प्रभाव और समुदायों की मूलभूत ज़रूरतों को केंद्र में रखकर आगे बढ़ें।

साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी उल्लेख किया कि सीएसआर कार्यों का दायरा सिर्फ भारत तक सीमित नहीं होना चाहिए, बल्कि Gates Foundation की तरह भारत से बाहर भी प्रभाव पैदा करने की दिशा में काम किया जा सकता है।

🤝 Corporate & NGO Coordination Meeting | Mission Blue Foundation

Today, a productive coordination meeting was held at the Mission Blue Foundation office with representatives from seven NGOs. Each organization shared their work and key field challenges such as resource and funding constraints.

Ms. Namrata Raghuwanshi (Secretary, PVUNAL) discussed ongoing initiatives and upcoming partnership opportunities. Project proposals from all NGOs have already been submitted to her for review and further collaboration.

We were honored to have Dr. Anindya, Secretary of Adhvait India Foundation, as a special guest, contributing valuable insights to support shared objectives.

Dr. Pankaj Soni, President, Mission Blue Foundation, was also present and encouraged the group’s efforts toward unified action.

This follow-up meeting focused on action planning and strengthening CSR partnerships for greater social impact. 🌍✨

The Interesting Story of the Mark II Handpump

Mr. Sanjay Singh, Chief of Maharashtra Office, shared a fascinating fact at the Jharkhand CSR Conclave about the Mark II — a life-changing innovation that has helped millions access clean drinking water. 🚰✨

He revealed that UNICEF developed the Mark II Handpump back in 1970 in collaboration with expert mechanical engineers and R&D teams to solve the issue of safe drinking water in rural areas. 🌱🏞️
