We, Ratlam Gas Company was established in 1967 with a simple goal and intention of providing timely service to our consumers.
Ratlam Gas Company was the very first agency to provide Gas supply service in Ratlam City. We have been providing services as a Distributor of HPCL to our consumers for more than 54 years. We have been committed to our growing base of 20,000+ consumers and have always strived for delivery of cylinders in less than 24 hours. Ratlam Gas company is first ISO:900i certified organization in LPG distribution. Ratlam Gas Company with its team of experienced office staff, committed delivery boys and our respected partners, is a pioneer in providing service to their consumers with its efficient team. We have always made an effort to make a difference in terms of customer service benchmarks and have set a new example in field of gas distribution service providers. Although Ratlam Gas faces a stiff and tough competition in the current market, it has won its place and is a leading example. During the testing and difficult time of COVID-19, we always made it a priority to deliver the cylinders on time and without any delay. We also have been instrumental in contributing towards service delivery standards for our loyal consumers and have always prioritized in making their experience, always the one which is value added in their eyes. Further, to keep in pace with the ever-changing times in the current digital age (post COVID) and to encourage maximum digitization which is the dream of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, we are focusing towards interacting with our consumers digitally. In order to achieve this, we have encouraged consumers for making booking and payments digitally, which in turn brings ease & availability of service 24X7 and assurance of receiving top class and prioritized service. We have also connected and synergized with the youth by replying to their queries on various digital platforms such as Google Maps, which has been viewed more than 4000+ times during the previous months.
