🌍 Excited to share a milestone!

My latest article, "Carbon Credits: MRV Starts with Farmers," has been published on WikiFarmer, an international agricultural knowledge platform.

It is an honor to contribute to the global conversation on carbon markets, regenerative agriculture, and climate-smart farming. I hope this article helps strengthen the understanding that every credible carbon project begins with farmers and robust MRV.

Thank you, WikiFarmer, for providing a platform to share this perspective with a global audience.

Biotechnology isn't just what we do. It's who we are.

At Mul Biotech Farms, biotechnology is at the core of every solution we build.

We don't believe in recommending random fertilizers, boosters, or one-size-fits-all products. We develop curated, science-backed solutions based on the biology of your system.

From microbial enumeration to understanding nutrient dynamics, our focus is simple: make existing nutrients work better.

In many agricultural and aquaculture systems, nutrients are already present. The real challenge is upcycling and converting them into forms that biology can efficiently utilize. This remains one of the biggest gaps in the industry.

With 7 years of practical experience in biotechnology, microbiology, aquaculture, hydroponics, and regenerative agriculture, we help design solutions that are tailored—not generic.

If your project requires a custom biotechnology solution, get in touch with Mul Biotech Farms.

Real farmers. Real problems. Real solutions.

Our Aquaponics Demonstration Model at BENFISH 2026, Murshidabad received an incredible response.

📊 Highlights: • 400+ event footfall • 300+ visitors to our stall • 80+ technical discussions • 4+ business leads

One thing stood out throughout the event.

Farmers weren't asking for fancy software or expensive automation. Their biggest concern was simple:

"How do we reduce ammonia in our ponds?"

Our floating raft aquaponics model drew significant attention because it can be integrated directly into existing ponds. Plants naturally utilize dissolved nutrients, helping improve the nutrient cycle and reduce ammonia stress while producing an additional crop.

That's the power of biology—working with nature instead of against it.

If you're facing water quality or ammonia-related challenges in aquaculture, feel free to contact Mul Biotech Farms. We'd be happy to discuss practical solutions.

🎉 Celebrating the Successful Completion of an Inspiring Internship Journey! 🎉
We are delighted to congratulate Kartik Ashok Patade, Lavanya Ajit Dive, and Malvika M. Nair on successfully completing their internship under the Mul Biotech Intelligence Cohort at SequestraBionix Foundation, with technical implementation by Mul Biotech Farms Private Limited.
Throughout their internship, they worked together on the development of our Agricultural Intelligence Dashboard, contributing to Power BI dashboard development, agricultural data analytics, interactive visualizations, KPI reporting, and GitHub-based project integration. Their dedication and teamwork have helped strengthen a digital platform supporting data-driven agriculture and sustainability.
👏 We sincerely thank each of them for their enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment. We are proud to have been a part of their learning journey and wish them every success in their future careers.
We also express our sincere gratitude to SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce for encouraging experiential learning and industry collaboration, and to NGO facilitating this valuable internship opportunity.
Together, academia, industry, and the social sector can create meaningful opportunities for the next generation of innovators.
Best wishes to Kartik, Lavanya, and Malvika as they take the next step in their professional journey. We look forward to seeing all that they accomplish!

Every video tells a story. Every project teaches a lesson.

Our early years were dedicated to research, field trials, and continuous learning. We documented as much of that journey as possible—not just the successes, but also the challenges, failures, observations, and practical solutions.

If you'd like to see how our journey evolved, visit our YouTube channel – Mul Biotech Farms.

You'll need to scroll through the older videos because they capture our day-to-day work over several years. They aren't polished marketing videos—they're real experiences from the field.

You'll find practical insights on: 🌱 Aquaculture 🟢 Spirulina cultivation 🥬 Hydroponics 🐟 Fish farming 🧫 Biotechnology 🌿 Sustainable agriculture ...and many other real-world experiments and consultations.

Many of the questions we answer today were first encountered in those early projects. That library of experience continues to shape how we work with clients and partners.

If you have questions or need technical guidance for your project, feel free to contact Mul Biotech Farms. We're always happy to discuss practical solutions backed by field experience.

Every milestone has a story. Ours wasn't built overnight—it was built through years of learning, failures, and real-world experience.

Our journey began as a research-driven company.

From 2019 to 2023, we experimented, failed, learned, documented, and improved. Every setback became a lesson. Every project helped us build stronger systems, better processes, and measurable KPIs.

2024 was the year we stepped out to explore, validate ideas, and connect with the ecosystem. By the end of the year, we had the privilege of being invited to Swami Vivekanand University, Kolkata, as a guest lecturer.

2025 was a turning point. We were invited to conduct a technical workshop in Kalimpong, while also taking on multiple consultations across different sectors. Growth came with difficult decisions—we chose to close our in-house facility so we could focus on field ex*****on and client projects.

In 2026, our work continued to expand. We were invited to Murshidabad to share our expertise, and by March 2026, we had successfully transitioned from research and validation to commercialization.

Today, when we share knowledge, it isn't based solely on AI-generated information.

It is built on years of field visits, research, failures, consultations, workshops, and practical implementation.

AI helps us present information. Real-world experience helps us understand it.

This journey is still in its early chapters, but every step has strengthened our belief that meaningful innovation is created in the field—not just behind a screen.

One year ago, we conducted our workshop in Kalimpong. Looking back today, the biggest lesson wasn't about technology—it was about people.

We expected questions about pumps, automation, and advanced aquaculture systems.

Instead, the most common question was simple:

"Will this help me earn a little more?"

That question changed our perspective.

Kalimpong is home to 20+ species of loaches, including the Hillstream Loach and Kuhli Loach. Some of these fishes may sell locally for just ₹2–3, while ornamental fish markets in Kolkata can value them at ₹300–₹1,000 per fish, depending on the species and demand.

The real story isn't about loaches.

It's about how producers often don't know what opportunities exist just 500 km away.

The region is also known for Rainbow Trout farming and several exotic ornamental fish species, making it one of India's most unique hill aquaculture ecosystems.

If you ever visit Kalimpong, spend a few moments beside the Reeang River. The crystal-clear water, fresh mountain air, and untouched landscape remind you that nature itself is the greatest teacher.
