We have a state of the art dedicated GMP facility equipped with latest technology for solvent extraction of Natural Herbs with an installed capacity of 2 tonnes per day for processing various medicinal plants. Our plant comply norms under WHO and USFDA guidelines. Some of the features of our Manufacturing Facility:
All of our Equipments including Solvent storage tank are made out of Stainless Stee

l (SS 316). The Syrup processing and Powder processing area is clean area with HEPA filters installed. The QC lab is well equipped having Chemical Lab, Instrument Lab and Microbiology section. In order to provide consistency in quality, all of our products undergo following tests:
Assay with HPLC,
Residual Solvent Analysis with GC-HS,
Heavy Metal Testing with AAS,
Microbiology Analysis,
Impurity Profiling,
Stability Testing.
