Sales Manager- JD
Our growing retail as well as online business seeks an experienced, motivated result- Female Sales Representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engaged customers prospects, help them find what they need and up sell new products. We are looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Generate sale leads through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Present, promote and sell products/ services to existing and prospective customer
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Qualification:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role for 3 to 4 years
• Competency in Hindi & English
• Bachelor in Agriculture/ Science.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
• Ability to create and deliver presentation
• Self motivated and goal – oriented, desire to deliver presentations
• Ability to negotiate and understanding marketing skills.
• Fast learner and quick thinker
• Passionate about sales
