Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)!

As you may be aware, since 2012, we have been hiring science graduates through our TCS Open Ignite web portal. We have hired many talented students from your college in the past.

We are pleased to inform you that we are hiring this year too and have just initiated the next hiring cycle.

The first step in the hiring process is to register in TCS Open Ignite (http://openseesame.tcs.com/ignite) and do the activities mentioned in the site. The minimum activities that the candidates have to do are :

1. Fill up a detailed form called Portfolio completely.
2. Attempt at least 2 online aptitude tests available in the site.
3. View at least 2 video lessons. There are many video lessons available on a variety of IT topics.
4. Form teams and do at least 2 projects

The site has online help to guide the students.

The contest closes on December 15, 2013.

Once the contest closes, we will shortlist the top performers and invite them for a personal interview.

Students who passed out in 2012 or 2013 and those passing in 2014 are eligible to take part. They should be either BCA or BCS or BSc or Bachelor of Information Technology. Candidates should have any of Computer Science, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, IT or Statistics as the major subject.

Selected students will also get a chance to learn while they earn. They can do an MCA with SASTRA university while they work. Students recruited by us in the past are enjoying very successful global careers.
