𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲. 𝟮𝟭 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁. 𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The recent fire at two warehouses in Anandapur, where 21 people lost their lives, is a stark reminder of how quickly a fire can escalate.

Yesterday, 18 August 2026, we had the opportunity to be part of the Workshop on Simplified Provisional NOCs & Adoption of New Technologies, organised by NAREDCO Telangana, CREDAI Hyderabad and FSAI.

During the session, Mr. Prasad Nishtala shared insights on how IoT sensors and intelligent monitoring technologies can support more informed fire safety management and contribute to simplified, technology-driven approaches to provisional NOC processes.

The discussion highlighted an important shift in fire safety — from conventional systems towards real-time monitoring, data-driven insights and smarter infrastructure.

At Basic Elements, we believe technology can play an important role in making fire safety systems more visible, measurable and responsive.
