GBT Agro Private Limited Company has been formed to set up various small scale enterprises of Agro tourism and Agro trading in the rural areas with the aim to bring about rural development and cultural awareness along with economic prosperity of the rural people. founder Om Prakash Thakur formed This company was registered with the Corporate Ministry of Government of India on 28 January 2020. *GBT PARIVAR is an upcoming organisation that will provide both social platform and business platform. *1.PARTNERSHIP CONCEPT*

*इस Concept मे 1st Party द्वारा निम्न व्यवस्था Provide करनी होगी:- Land Maintenance Cost, Plantation Cost, Machinery Cost, Drip irrigation Cost, Netting Cost, Labour Cost and Fertilizer Cost यह सभी खर्चे जो प्रथम वर्ष में होंगे उसे 1st Party द्वारा वहन किए जाएंगे।*

*👉 कंपनी किसानों के साथ कृषि-बागवानी में partnership and Property management concept के आधार पर काम करेंगी। कंपनी HDP Apple Farming, Natural & Organic Farming, Floriculture, Fruit & Vegetable Sale Purchase के साथ Transportation Facility पर भी कंपनी काम करेंगी।*

*2.TREVEL & TOURISM*
*👉 ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में इको टूरिज्म के तहत होमस्टे, कॉटेज, एप्पल फार्म हाउस, आउटडोर कैंपिंग ट्रैकिंग, एडवेंचर एंड कल्चरल एक्टिविटी आदि। इन सभी में कंपनी ग्रामीण लोगों के साथ पार्टनरशिप या प्रॉपर्टी मैनेजमेंट कांसेप्ट के आधार पर काम करेंगी इसके साथ टूर पैकेज, होटल, होमस्टे, रिजॉर्ट, टैक्सी, मैरिज एंड पार्टी अरेंजमेंट आदि की बुकिंग ये सभी कार्य ट्रैवल ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से ऑपरेट किए जाएंगे।*

*3. SUPPLY CHAIN*
*👉कंपनी Self Help Group के साथ ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोगों द्वारा तैयार उत्पादों को घर द्वार पर खरीदने के साथ उन्हें खाने-पीने से संबंधित ग्रॉसरी आइटम को खरीदने की सुविधा भी ग्रामीण लोगों को घर द्वार पर मिलेंगी इसके लिए SHG के सदस्य इस सप्लाई चैन में Sale and Purchase के लिए अधिकृत होंगे। इसके लिए कंपनी उन्हें उत्पादों की खरीदारी पर 5%से10%तक और ग्रॉसरी की सेल पर 5%से15%तक प्रॉफिट मार्जन देंगी। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में तैयार उत्पादों को कैसे खरीदना है और उसकी पैकिंग आदि कैसे होंगी इसके लिए SHG के सदस्यों को ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी।*
*इसके साथ सप्लाई चैन में कैसे काम करना है किस तरह से लोगों से आर्डर लेने हैं और कैसे ऑर्डर डिलीवर करने हैं इन सभी विषय पर भी कंपनी द्वारा ट्रेनिंग दी जाएंगी।*
